Foam Conversion service

Marlin Products Ltd uses die-cutters for foam conversion operation for fitting out of the cases and boxes to customer specifications.

We can provide foam in any thickness and in a variety of types and colours and arrange any variation of cut-outs according to your requirements. We are also able to supply brush nylon (felt) covered foam in different colours to enhance the presentation of the case or box and its contents.

Thermoforming service

Marlin Products Ltd has the facility to provide vacuum formed plastic inserts, tailor-made to your specifications to house your products.

This can vary from a tray with pockets or dividers in which items can be placed loosely or a custom fit housing with tight tolerances that will ‘grip' the items within. The inserts are designed specifically for your products and can be manufactured in a range of different materials and in a variety of different colours.
